Return and Refund Policy – TerraHeat

Thank you for shopping with TerraHeat.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet your expectations.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed),

  • with all original tags and packaging,

  • and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at terraheatforyou@gmail.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the correct return address.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at terraheatforyou@gmail.com if:

  • your item is defective or damaged, or

  • you receive the wrong product.

We will review the case and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Because TerraHeat products are heated garments and wearable electronics, we cannot accept returns for:

  • items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use,

  • items damaged due to misuse or improper care,

  • or items returned without their original packaging and accessories (such as battery packs or charging cables).

We also do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get the right item is to:

  1. Return the item you have following the process above, and

  2. Make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at terraheatforyou@gmail.com.


European Union & UK Customers

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
