Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In cases of high demand or unexpected supply delays, order processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping to other regions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your tracking number does not work after several days, please contact us at terraheatforyou@gmail.com and we will investigate.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at
terraheatforyou@gmail.com
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund when applicable.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
TerraHeat is not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to customs regulations in your country.
